• Tracking Number

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

• Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.

• Incorrect Address

If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided, any additional reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

• Lost / Damaged Packages

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date so we can investigate and open a claim with the courier company.

• Non-Returnable Products

Human hair products, including extensions, wigs, tapes, wefts, and keratin extensions, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
